What exactly is included in my weekly maintenance fee?
-Skimmer baskets will be emptied.
-All leaves and debris will be netted from your pool.
-The pool system will be backwashed and rinsed.
- The pump pot will be emptied and cleaned.
-If applicable, the in-pool cleaner will be cleaned.
-A sample of the pool will be tested. Chemicals will be added as needed.

-A visual inspection of the pool will be conducted to detect any malfunctions.
Does my weekly maintenance fee include chemicals?
No, any chemicals added will be an additional fee. We will add your chemicals as long as they are accessible to the technician. Chemical prices are comparable to your local pool supply store.
How will I receive my pool service report?
After the service is completed, you will receive an email stating all work performed, chemistry readings, as well as a picture of your pool.
How will I receive my invoice?
One to two business days after you receive service, you will receive an email from Quickbooks with a detailed invoice.
How do I pay?
All new customers are required to enroll in our online Customer Portal, where you can securely manage your account and payments. Through the portal, you can pay invoices, view your payment history, update your payment methods, and manage your account information.
For ongoing pool service, AutoPay is required. Before your first maintenance visit, a member of our team will contact you to verify your preferred payment method and help ensure your account is set up correctly.
